A Tribute to the Female Cycle
Emerging artist FRUM is set to release her third single of the year, “Cycle”, a song that sheds light on the power and importance of understanding the female cycle. With this track, FRUM delivers an intimate and thought-provoking message about the natural rhythms that shape women’s lives.
Inspired by her own journey of awareness, FRUM wrote “Cycle” after realizing how much easier life became when she truly understood her own cycle. The song serves as both a personal reflection and a call for more open conversations about a topic that affects billions yet remains under-discussed.
“I think girls and women don’t know enough about our cycle and how it impacts our lives,” FRUM explains. “With ‘Cycle,’ I wanted to bring focus to this subject and encourage a deeper understanding of our bodies and minds.”
It was also important for FRUM that the song was produced by a female producer. She found the perfect collaborator in Nina Fay, one of Norway’s most exciting rising artists. “Nina is incredible—not just as a producer but also as a person. Working with her on ‘Cycle’ was an amazing experience,” FRUM shares.
More than just a single, “Cycle” marks the beginning of a new musical chapter for FRUM. The song sets focus on the cyclical nature of life, reminding us that we are all connected—not just to our own rhythms but to the greater cycles of the universe.
