PAYMENT
On tutl.com you can pay with the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, as well as Paypal.
All prices are in DKK including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We take note of price changes, typographical errors and sold out products.
When paying by credit card, the card number, expiration date and security code must be provided, and you hereby give permission for Tutl Records to withdraw the amount from the card.
All transactions are processed anonymously, so no card data is visible.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
On tutl.com you can buy CD'c, LP'c, clothes, and other music related products. When ordering, all necessary information must be filled in in the fields. A booking confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
If the product is not in stock, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

DELIVERY / RETURN
Tutl Records sends orders with Posta or another catering company. The expected delivery time is 5–14 days. 

Products can also be picked up by order in our shop in Niels Finsensgøta 9c, Tórshavn. Send us an order via email at [email protected] or call us on +298 314504, so we can put your order ready to pick up and pay in the store

Right of Repentance
We provide a 14-day full refund policy if you cancel a purchase through our website. This is provided that the product has not been opened, is in its original packaging, and has not been handled in violation of the instructions within 14 days of receipt.
Tutl Records does not pay for the return of goods in connection with the right of withdrawal. The return must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the product must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of return.
A notice of withdrawal must be sent to [email protected] and it must be clearly stated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and that you wish to return the product.

REFUND
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid. In cases where there is a depreciation for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise the right to cancel the purchase, we will refund all amounts paid by you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your choice to cancel the purchase and the product has been returned. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
