Description
The new single Let It is a song about free will and determinism. We are born of the world and we are born into the world, born of and into structures and rules that are already set. You could say that we have no influence or free choice to shape our lives but what then of free will? The song plays with the idea that even though the dice have been cast and the world is made from structures and rules that are already set, the world is not complete, and it is in this space that free will can exist.
Jenný wrote the song in her apartment in Copenhagen and wanted to match it with visuals. She contacted Beinta á Torkilsheyggi and together the two of them planned the music video. To FRUM music is only a part of the overall expression and visualization is a natural part of the music. The song Let It is therefore released together with a music video aiming to create an overall impression.
With the single Let It and touring to China and Spain, FRUM is getting ever closer to releasing an album.
