Queen of Roses is about those other nights…When the mass of the crowd equals the loneliness you feel, squared. When your sense of worth is slowly drowning in alcohol, and you’re wondering why you ever went out in the first place. It’s written in first-person as you’re sitting there watching people talk and smile at each other, and you want to go home but, for some reason, you can’t.
