ja / nei – og restin av vikuni (yes / no – and the rest of the week) is Dania O. Tausen’s second album. Like on her first album, Dania collaborates with her cousin, multi-instrumentalist and producer Benjamin Djurhuus. This time they also invited talented songwriter and musician Ragnar Finsson (Horrse, Raske Drenge) to join them on the journey. An album dedicated to diving into the ordinary (shopping, working, traveling) and researching how it leads us onto bigger subjects (absurd reality, electronics in nature, unconsciousness, toxicity, making the right choices). To clear things up, the album is divided into two halves: the yes-side and the no-side. “The rest of the week” is a way of saying that there are many grey areas in between.
