The first single of the upcoming EP, brimhvítt, is called jesus talar (jesus speaks). The writer of the song imagines what emotions God might have experienced following the creation. The state
of mind of the Father and the Son, now that the last word had been spoken. God did create man in his own image, might he therefore personally have known human emotion? Does he also
sometimes long for a hug? Someone to share his thoughts with after a long day’s work? And does he sometimes, as we do, struggle with low self esteem?
