Monkey is a new single by Faroese singer/songwriter Lyon Hansen. It tells the story of a primate being torn away from its pleasant life in the jungle and used as a space-rocket passenger. With driving rhythms and experimental vocal grunts, this song is guaranteed to stand out.
The foundation of the song was recorded by Hans Marius Ziska in his home studio in Søldarfjørur, FO. Overdubs were recorded at Artwork Studios at Bath Spa University, Bath, UK.
