Description

About Andromedan

When most other local metal bands stayed true to either death, black or thrash metal, Iron Lungs emerged, experimenting with a cluster of different elements from various genres. In the process creating something cohesive, yet oddly foreign. With every member coming from a different musical background, bringing different influences to the table, and with writing contributions from Fríði Djurhuus AKA Joe Shit of Joe & The Shitboys, and pop star Danny Baldurson, an anomaly was born. Being the oddball of the local metalscene, the band has played at a variety of different events across the faroes, from G! Festival to a fancy book release party in Tjørnuvík.
