Tweed & Hyenas

Tweed & Hyenas is a London-based group featuring Ben, Max, Toby and Klæmint. Their moniker, joining together two random words, was first adopted in jest but ended up sticking. The duality of the name alludes to the dichotomy between culture – tweed – and nature – hyenas – and is undone through their music making, where tweed’s rough threads are wildly spun together and woven into intricate compositions complemented by Klæmint’s enthralling vocals.
