‘Takk’ means ‘thank you’ in Faroese and Icelandic.
This song is about appreciating the little things in life — like a cozy cup of tea and the company of good friends. It was the last track we wrote for our EP, and it turned out to be something truly special. It captures the sense of gratitude we felt after four magical days of recording in the snowy valley of Farbraut, just outside Reykjavík, where we built a deep and meaningful bond in the studio.
We hope this song brings you a bit of warmth — and maybe even finds a place in your heart.
