ORKA
ORKA
On a small farm in the Faroe Islands, ORKA began creating music using instruments they had crafted from agricultural tools. Now based in London, they have played many festivals and collaborated with many popular acts in the modern music scene. Their newest album, Leipzig, gained its name due to the fact that the majority of it was recorded in a pre-war cinema in the heart of the German town. Their mixture of dark, Nordic folk and ambient bass leads to an entirely unique sound, which the band describe as ‘Club Gaze’.
