Maria Ljósá is not afraid to write songs in a non-traditional manner. Her music is composed of electronic and acoustic harmonies mixed with a variety of unique samples.
Maria started out as a choir singer at a young age. After touring with bands such as Eivør, Budam and Jógvan, she started writing her own songs and began working with Andreas Tykjær Restorff and Per I. Højgaard Petersen.
