Frostfelt
Frostfelt
Frostfelt, led by Líggjas Olsen, blends electronic and singer-songwriter styles. Olsen launched Frostfelt in 2011 with the album I Have a TV Set, gaining recognition through festival performances and releases like the album Youniverse and singles Angel and An Echo, with Angel nominated for Best Video at the Faroese Music Awards and Best Song of 2018 on Faroese radio.
Frostfelt has also worked with Guðrið Hansdóttir, Rebekka Petersen, FRUM and Steso.
The upcoming EP Blood delves into internal conflict and transformation, merging electronic and acoustic elements. A more acoustic, Faroese-language album is planned for 2025.
