The Crowberry Band

The Faroese folk band The Crowberry Band was established in 2015, and they have since been playing conserts in numerous bars and festivals throughout the Faroe Island. The music is mostly inspired by Irish folk and rock music, and fronting the band is Janus á Húsagarði who writes all the music and lyrics. The band has a wide range of talented musician that alternate according to need and convenience – sometimes they are only two on stage and and on other occasions they are as many as sixteen.

First single from The Crowberry band is Pub on the Corner that is about a local pub in Tórshavn called Mimir where many interesting personalities frequent.
