Mike

Mike is a singer and actor. Having performed in many musicals and plays and having his debut on the big screen in 2018 in the movie, NINA, by Maria Winther Olsen, his passion has always been music.

In 2011 he covered an 80´s faroese classic, Hygg at mær, by Nalja and it was well received and played on all stations and in most cars around the country.

He was in a jazz band called, Ma´másita and they released a CD called Standards in 2016.

He’s back now. This time with a cover of Regin Guttesen and M.C. Restorffs, Summarid vid tær.

“It’s been eight years since I first heard the song and I feel that too many people either don’t know the song or have forgotten about it. I didn’t plan on covering it, but as time went on it kept growing on me and I felt a need to breathe new life to it. It took some time, but the song is finally finished.”
