Helgi is a multi-disciplinary artist and DJ from Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, working across music, sound, and visual art. His musical style blends house, techno, disco, experimental, and alternative pop. Artistically, he explores themes in a serious yet somewhat comical way, adding a distinct character to his work.
While best known for his sound art installations and DJ gigs, Helgi has been actively making music for years—though much of it remains unreleased. Teknó eigur lívið í mær marks his first release in six years and is the first time he releases on Tutl Records.
