Faroese pop group BEINIR is a new music group formed by Beinir
Troest Rasmussen on vocal and acoustic guitar, Bárður Petersen on
electric guitar, Eyðtór á Dalbø Gregersen on drums and Benjamin
Djurhuus on bass. The past month they have been working on this single
called ‘Drowning In Melody’ which is about how the combining of a melody
and chords can take you away from real life and into another world, and it’s
also about how music can make you forget about your difficulties and
problems. The melody of the song has a very happy vibe to it, which the
lyrics reflect perfectly.
The single is recorded and produced in HEIMA studio by Hans Marius Ziska
and Allan Tausen and mixed and mastered by Óli Poulsen.
BEINIR’s goal for their music is to share it with as many people as possible.
They want to make people feel like they’re a part of their music.
